As corundum wear-resistant floors are widely used in factories, workshops, parking lots, airports, schools, hospitals and other places in recent years, what are the benefits of corundum wear-resistant floors?
Corundum is hard and wear-resistant, and when combined with the raw materials for floor construction, it can make the floor have excellent chemical properties such as high density, easy cleaning, and impermeability. Today, Henan Wanbang Architecture will introduce the method of emery wear-resistant floor in detail.
In simple terms, the entire construction process can be summarized as follows: concrete basement pouring --- leveling --- first spreading and smoothing out of the corundum aggregate of Henan night shift building --- second spreading and wiping of aggregate Flat light-surface modification and maintenance.
Step 1: Pouring and leveling of concrete base
The key to this step is to use medium sand for the sand, and use as little or no fly ash as an additive.
First clean up the foundation without loose particles and garbage, and sprinkle the water in advance to make the foundation wet, and control the water-cement ratio. For concrete substrates of suitable thickness, it should be poured to the required height as soon as possible, and it should be uniform and dense, and the surface should be flat.
The second step: when the leveling layer is leveled, the aggregate is evenly spread on the leveling layer;
Changes in climate, temperature, concrete and other factors will greatly affect the quality of emery wear-resistant floors. Spreading too early will cause the wear-resistant material to sink into the concrete and lose its effect. If it is spread too late, the concrete has solidified and lost its bonding force, making the wear-resistant material unable to combine with it and causing spalling. In the initial setting of the concrete screed layer, when the light footprint is about 2-5㎜ deep, the slurry can be lifted and leveled. The amount per square meter is about 4kg. The first spraying amount is about 3/5 of the total feeding amount per unit area. The aggregate should fall evenly. Do not throw it vigorously to cause separation. After spreading, use a wooden trowel to smooth it. Allow the aggregate to absorb a certain amount of moisture.
The third step: corner reinforcement, ground smooth;
For the wall, column, door and formwork, etc., the water loss is faster, and the construction should be spread first to prevent the effect from being reduced due to water loss. Use a cement calender to perform mechanical troweling, so that the corundum aggregate is combined with the concrete base mud. If the machine cannot be smoothed by the corners and other parts, use manual troweling.
The last step is to spread and wipe the material a second time.
In the second pass, first measure the level with a ruler, and adjust the unevenness for the first time. In the second pass, the dosage is about 2/5 of the total dosage per unit area. Spreading will be speeded up when the water is lost quickly. Use the same method to smooth. The calender should be staggered vertically and horizontally to prevent the material from gathering. The corners should be treated with a wooden trowel.
